LLDPE JD-7062BK Black Communication & Fiber Optic Cable Sheath

JD-7062BK is a granulated plastic based on linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), compounded with various processing additives such as toughening agents, antioxidants, lubricants, and weathering agents. It exhibits excellent mechanical and physical properties, electrical performance, heat resistance, weather resistance, and processing characteristics. It can be applied as sheath material for communication cables or optical cables.

Recommended processing conditions

Suggested drying conditions are drying at 80°C for 2 hours. The melt extrusion temperature is controlled within the recommended temperature range:

【SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS】

This product is not classified as a hazardous material, but please refer to the relevant MSDS before using this material. During transportation, avoid exposure to direct sunlight or rain. Do not mix with sand, metal scraps, coal, glass, or other similar materials, and under no circumstances should it be transported together with toxic, corrosive, or flammable substances. During loading and unloading, sharp tools such as iron hooks are strictly prohibited. Handle with care to avoid throwing or dropping, which may damage the packaging bags.
