Product Properties

A non-toxic, odorless,   transparent polymer with good mechanical properties, non-flammable and self extinguishing. Insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents such as dichloromethane and tetrahydrofuran. Density: 1.18-1.22 g/cm^3 Linear expansion rate: 3.8×10^-5 cm/ ° C Heat distortion temperature: 125 ° C-130 ° C, plasticizing temperature between 240 ° C-320 ° C. The flame retardant performance of raw materials reaches UL94 V-2 level.

Applications

PC polycarbonate is a tough, high light transmittance thermoplastic resin. Mainly used in glass assembly industry, auto parts, electronic appliances, optical lighting, industrial machinery, etc.

Optical Lighting

It is recommended to use low-hardness water with a neutral PH value. Use groundwater.Water with too many dissolved inorganic substances or metal ions will easily reduce productperformance.

Electronic Appliances

Manufacture of insulating connectors, coil frames, telephone casings, CDs, electronic computers and parts, etc.

Cups, jars, bottles for medical purposes, dental instruments, medicine containers and surgical instruments, etc.

Transportation Requirements

Precautions
